We can offer you two different types of FSA Regulation. Both give you the full regulatory functionality that will be required but are separated by cost and needs:

Full FSA Regulation.
Our prefered Regulatory Consultants are market leaders in their field and have worked with us to get our clients fully regulated with the FSA at very reasonable cost and within an excellent time scale.
They will complete all documentation and consult in full on the application to the FSA.
They will also supply ongoing compliance support.
This route is the quickest and lowest cost, while still affording you the control of your own business.
We will make you an Appointed Representitive of a fully regulated firm who will cover all your compliance requirements.
Your costs are an agreed monthly fee and and the annual FSA fee for each Regulated Person. |
